Kristi M. Park RLA, BioDesign Studio Principal, is passionate about working with communities to develop biodiverse and equitable projects. Kristi's experiences range from master-planning projects with Coast Salish Indigenous Tribes to community-based design/build projects to parks to urban development to public art. Kristi works with communities to provide empowering processes of discovery to embrace the values, culture, and natural environment that shape the potential of place-making.
Kristi also serves as adjunct faculty teaching courses with the landscape architecture and urban planning programs at the University of Washington and with the Huxley College at Western Washington University.
As a proud mom of an 11-year-old, Kristi and her daughter who can frequently be found running, out-of-doors camping, exploring tide-pools, biking, dancing, playing in parks, and enjoying community events.
